Prediction: Vikings 23 Lions 17 Win – Adrian Peterson ran for 171 yards and a TD for the Vikings. Matt Stafford had a big game passing for the Lions but the story was Detroit going 1 for 9 on 3rd downs.
Prediction: Saints 28 Falcons 27 Win – And then there are none…undefeated teams that is. The Saints seemingly have their MoJo back and take down the Falcons in the Division battle.
Prediction: Buccaneers 34 Chargers 31 Win – SD racked up almost twice as many yards and controlled the clock for over 37 minutes but TB’s D and Special Teams scored 14 points in the home victory that drops SD to a 4 – 5 record and has them down by 2 games in the AFC West.
Prediction: Eagles 21 Cowboys 17 Loss – Can someone just tell the Eagles to let the “dog” lie and keep Mike Vick on the sideline the rest of the way? It’s time to see what the rookie QB Nick Foles can do. He had a decent game statistically with over 68% completion in the loss.
Prediction: Bears 24 Texans 23 Loss – Jay Cutler took a late hit to the chops and doesn’t look to play in the MNF game in SF. The field was sloppy and so was the play in this defensive battle.
