Predictions for Week 2:
Miami Dolphins @ Indianapolis Colts
Would you bet against Andrew Luck: He has eight fourth-quarter game-winning drives and he’s only played 17 regular-season games.
Prediction: Colts 21, Dolphins 17
Carolina Panthers @ Buffalo Bills
The Panthers are going to play well and lose, again. The Bills had the Patriots dead to rights in Week 1 and will close this home game out.
Prediction: Bills 20, Panthers 17
Dallas Cowboys @ Kansas City Chiefs
Playing in Kansas City won’t be easy, especially if Romo is still struggling with a rib injury. This one could go either way, but the home-field advantage is huge.
Prediction: Chiefs 24, Cowboys 21
Detroit Lions @ Arizona Cardinals
Carson Palmer looked good against the Rams, but will face a tougher Detroit defense. Matthew Stafford should find openings against the Arizona secondary.
Prediction: Lions 24, Cardinals 17
San Francisco 49ers @ Seattle Seahawks
This could be a nasty game. Russell Wilson’s fourth-quarter touchdown pass to Golden Tate puts this one away for the Seahawks.
Prediction: Seahawks 23, 49ers 21
Prediction: Saints 35, Falcons 31 Win: This really didn’t turn out to be the offensive firework show that was anticipated. Nonetheless, the Saints get an all important division win.
Prediction: Jets 5 Buccaneers 1 Win: Uuuglyyy!! Geno Smith had 2 TD passes and no INT’s so I guess that’s something. Still don’t think that the Jets are gonna hit the Over on wins though. They have a much steeper climb in New England this week.
Prediction: Jaguars 23, Chiefs 20 Loss: Ok…the Jaguars do suck. Maybe Tebow ain’t so bad afterall…
Prediction: Bears 17, Bengals 14 Win: Cutler and Da Bears overtake the Bengals in the 4th to get the win. Cutler to Marshall connected in the 2nd half and took over the game.
Prediction: Cowboys 30, Giants 23 Win: Finally, Jerry Jones gets a win in the Space Station against the G-Men! Six TO’s for NY but Romo gets knocked around in the Dallas victory.
Prediction: Chargers 27, Texans 24 Loss: How do you give up a 3 TD lead at home? Was Norv Turner still there?? Chargers let one get away in the conference that could haunt them down the line.
