2. Survivor Game
Cash prizes will be awarded in certain situations. The name of the game is Survivor so there can only be one winner. The Jackpot is $5,000. One entry must survive the seventeen (17) week regular season having chosen 17 different teams to win $5,000.
If there is only one Surviving entry after week 10, the owner of that entry has the option of accepting $500 and the game will be over. If the owner of the entry wants to try to make it to week 13 (they would have had to make correct picks for weeks 10, 11, & 12) they can reject the $500 prize and if the entry Survives through week 12, the owner of the entry can accept $1,000 and the game will be over. If the owner of the last entry wants to go for the $5,000 Jackpot, they must pick correct winners for weeks 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17 to claim the Jackpot.
In the event that there are multiple entries after week 17, those entries will evenly split $2,500. (The full $5,000 Jackpot can't be awarded because there wasn't one Survivor!!) The game will be done at the completion of the NFL regular season schedule on Sunday, December 30, 2012.
The 2nd Chance Survivor Pool operates in the exact same manner as described above, with prize in the same ratio based on a $1,000 Jackpot.
